The bill (Reg. No. 2066) suggests suspend the operation of part one of article 55 “Violation of Land Development Rules” of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements until January 1, 2014. Provisions of this article provide responsibility for the use of agricultural land plots for agricultural commodities production without approved land development projects that secure economic-ecological justification for crop rotation and arrangement of land plots. To elaborate such a land development project, the customer has to submit copies of the document that testifies the right to a land plot, particularly, land rental agreement.

Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow protect interests of owners and users of agricultural land plots.
